Beloved SonLight,

Our prayer is that when you receive this letter you are enjoying the blessings of Jesus.

It is a great pleasure to send you greetings and information concerning the advancement of the work we are performing in Mexico. We give God thanks for your support of this ministry. Through your support the ministry keeps growing. We have started a new service on Saturday afternoon where we are discipling new Christians to prepare them for the waters of baptism.

Last year we were unable to begin construction on our new 30' x 50' church. Now each day we have more and more restrictions and problems with the government concerning the construction. With a lot of hard work, we finally got the building permit and began construction of our new church this year. With only 4 months remaining before our permit expires, we have run out of funds to complete the project. We still need to put a roof on our new church. I have sent copies of the blueprints for you to analyze. I am hoping, if it were possible, that you might help us in part or in full to raise enough money to complete our church.

The cost of the material is $5,500 and labor is $1,500. The material cost is high in Mexico because it is considered an import.
