James
& Grace Womack - Grace Immanuel Ministries James
& Grace were called by God to minister to the needs of the homeless
men, women and children, in our community. The Lord birthed Grace
Immanuel Ministries April 23, 2001. James & Grace left their
positions of 9 years with the Orange County Rescue Mission to devote
full-time attention to GIM. James
& Grace are currently working with business men and women in the
community, with the same passion they have to minister to the needy, to
acquire resources needed to move this ministry in the direction that God
has ordained. Currently
in Orange County, more than 15,000 people lack a permanent nighttime
address and are considered homeless. Half of them are children under the
age of 18, and half of those children have been estimated to be less
than five years of age. Women and children are also the fastest growing
segment of the homeless population in Orange County. Grace
Immanuel Ministries is a nonprofit religious corporation and is not
organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized as a
Religious Nonprofit Corporation under the law of the State of California
for religious, and charitable purposes. Grace Immanuel Ministries'
purpose is to reach out to the needy by ministering to them the love,
hope and Truth of Jesus Christ. Grace Immanuel Ministries' mission is to
minister the love of Jesus Christ to disenfranchised people, providing
food to the hungry, clothing to the needy, shelter referrals to the
homeless, the Truth of the Gospel to those who are searching, as well as
such other lawful activities permitted by a non-profit religious
organization. "When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, He will sit on His throne in heavenly glory. All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will put the sheep on His right and the goats on His left. Then the King will say to those on His right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.' Then the righteous will answer Him, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?" "The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these, my brethren, you did for me." Matthew 25:3140 MV |
