James & Grace were called by God to minister to the needs of the homeless men, women and children, in Southern California.

Currently in Orange County, more than 15,000 people lack a permanent night time address and are considered homeless. Half of them are children under the age of 18, and half of those children have been estimated to be under five years of age. Women and children are also the fastest growing segment of the homeless population in Orange County.
