In 1994, Ray & Rebecca started a small ministry in the far east of  Russia and now they have turned it over to their assistant pastor, Sergei Matyushenko.  "While leaving here will be heartbreaking for us, we also have a great sense of fulfillment..."

The Lord has opened a new opportunity for Ray & Rebecca in the west of Russia about 200 miles south of Moscow in Tambov where they pastor a small church.
